Antic Correus is part of a modernist estate, fully renovated between 2022 and 2023 by its owners, Xavi and Maria. The building in which this beautiful apartment with patio is located is a modernist jewel of Breda, built in 1904. Antic Correus is a one-room apartment, which was already separated from the main house in the past. The building had been owned by the city council at the end of the 20th century, and the apartment was used as the Breda post office branch. Finally, the building was abandoned, until Xavi and Maria gave it a new life.
Antic Correus has a kitchen-dining room, a large living room, a double bedroom with views of the Montseny and a bathroom complete with shower. The apartment has a private patio of 250 m2 and a covered porch for alfresco lunches and dinners.
Antic Correus is rented for weekends or whole weeks. Authentic luxury to enjoy as a couple.
In the same building, Xavi and Maria have rehabilitated a larger home, also with a private patio, which can accommodate up to 7 people. This house is called "Cal Doctor"
